And now maybe the TN / KY / WV house is changing too?!

Because things are never simple here!  I LOVE the floor plan for the southern house we want to build.  It reminds me of the houses on the island I grew up on in south Florida.  Hubby however told me the other day that he wants to have a farm house.  That he's always dreamed of a farm house with a big wrap around porch.  Well, crap!  How can I tell him no?  I chose both floor plans, but here and up north.  He did look at them and agreed he liked them.  But he didn't pick them.  So, here we go again.........

Here is a rough sketch of the floor plan on the inside.  I'm still playing with the master bath and may wind up making the master bedroom larger and the bathroom smaller.  

I'll be playing with it a big.  I think we'll do ours with a basement that has a couple bedrooms, bathroom and a rec room.  Instead of upstairs it'll just be extra high ceilings on the main level with the two front dormers sitting over the master office and the den / library, which will be hubby's man room.  

But then again, we know how it goes with me right?  It'll be totally different in a month anyway!
